The regulatory landscape around psychological health obligations has been tightening steadily. Victorian Regulations in 2025 brought the state in line with national standards, introducing a positive duty to identify, manage and eliminate psychosocial hazards with the same rigour as physical risks. This is a collective responsibility to make this part of your organisational DNA.
