As we are all unique so is the delivery of a time2talk Leadership development solution.

What is Blended

Blended solutions combine traditional delivery systems and new techniques to support foundational and continued learnings

We provide opportunity for organisation growth and people solutions that come in all forms not just training. A blended solution is created to suit your needs. It could involve a series of in person workshops, eLearns or video content, self learning directed booklets, team events or app integrated activities. You are not stuck with a cookie cutter delivery system and there are no limits to program structure. Let your people and the desired outcomes guide how your solution is implemented.

When considering your delivery options it is important to consider the following:

The Format

How a workshop is delivered?

The locations of todays workplace can be a mix of the office or the home and your teams development shouldn’t suffer because of the flexibility you provide.

Blended format can include a mix of:

  • eLearn and Video
  • Written Pre and Post Work
  • Assessment and Surveys

Delivery Duration

When is the program running and for how long?

Organisation Development doesn’t (usually) happen overnight we develop programs that span from 15 minute eLearns to year round coaching.

The typical durations for workshops include Full-Day 4 to 6 hours, Half-Day 3 to 4 hours, or 90-minute Lunch & Learn.

Who is conducting the program?
Facilitator from time2talk

A time2talk Leadership Facilitator is an expert learning and development. These skilled presenters are well versed in time2talk Leadership models and systems, they know how to help you achieve learning outcomes that stick.

Your own Facilitator

If your team has the internal capability to deliver a blended learning solution we offer Train the Trainer sessions to get your facilitator up to speed with the learning material and will provide tips and tricks for presenting our content.
