About Madison
With tertiary qualifications in Psychology and a strong interest in leadership and development, Madison (Maddy) brings energy, structure, and a people-centred approach to her role as Business Partner Associate. She draws on experience across retail and hospitality to build trusted stakeholder relationships and support high-quality client outcomes.
At time2talk Leadership, Maddy has supported a range of programs including the Coles Bakery Apprenticeship Program, Frankston’s Fit for the Future Emerging Leaders Program, and Banyule’s Business Acumen program. Through this work, she has developed strong skills in end-to-end project coordination, stakeholder engagement, emotional intelligence, clear communication, and managing delivery across multiple phases and stakeholders.
Highly organised and detail-focused, Maddy is known for providing seamless support to both clients and internal teams. Her commitment to continuous improvement ensures she consistently adds value and contributes to positive, sustainable client partnerships.
