Roos and Vera have travelled all the way from Amsterdam to be with us and to discuss working with different generations in the workforce and breaking down cognitive bias.
Roos leads the strategy and direction of the business, working with organisations to navigate the realities of a multi-generational workforce, while Vera is the Creative Director, responsible for how UNSNOOZED looks, feels and shows up, from the visual identity through to how The Generation Game is experienced in the room. Together, they help teams break down bias, challenge assumptions and have more meaningful conversations at work.
