Steve partners with leaders to navigate change, strengthen culture, and lead with authenticity and purpose. Drawing on deep experience across leadership and organisational development, executive coaching, and strategic facilitation, he works across corporate and purpose-led organisations to create the conditions where people, performance, and possibility can thrive.

His work spans leadership development programs, culture transformation, and large-scale change initiatives — helping leaders build new mindsets, embed new ways of working, and lead confidently into the future. With a background spanning FMCG, insurance, telecommunications, utilities, and the not-for-profit sector, Steve brings both breadth and depth to every engagement.

At the heart of Steve’s practice is a belief that sustainable performance comes from intentional culture-building and finding joy in our work. As a coach, he creates a trusted space for reflection and growth — helping leaders explore mindsets, build new habits, and develop the confident, systems-thinking leadership that today’s organisations need.
