About Giulia
Giulia is a people-focused professional with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in People Management from Deakin University, and experience across HR operations, training, employee engagement and retail leadership.
Throughout her experience, Giulia has supported a range of people processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance support and HR administration across a workforce of more than 90 employees. She has also designed and delivered internal workshops, supported employee communications and coordinated engagement initiatives focused on strengthening team capability, culture and connection.
Her background in retail leadership has further developed her skills in coaching, communication and supporting others, including mentoring team members and helping people navigate change and new ways of working.
At time2talk Leadership, Giulia is a Business Central Coordinator, providing support across strategic projects, marketing and business development. She brings a proactive and detail-oriented approach to her work, with a strong focus on building positive relationships, following through on commitments and delivering high-quality outcomes.
