Ron Laurie has over twenty years’ experience as a leadership facilitator for some of Australia’s leading organisations. He has designed leadership programs, advised government, education, manufacturing, sport and health sectors, and has facilitated organisational transformation initiatives. His facilitation approach seeks to explore the interplay of awareness, thought & action in leadership and the role that leadership plays in the transformation of culture and systems.
His experience extends to the facilitation and coaching of CEOs, Boards of Directors and Senior Executives.
Ron is accredited in many approaches to leadership development and regularly facilitates Certificate IV Frontline Management, Diploma of Management and the Advanced Diploma of Management. Ron integrates practical and pragmatic applications of a body of knowledge called Integral Theory to many areas of corporate leadership, strategy, organisational dynamics, business management, consumer feedback, employability, and peak performance. While previously working with Swinburne University, Ron was selected to be on an elite team to deliver extensive and specialised leadership development programs for over 3,000 leaders for one of Swinburne’s major clients.
