Anoop Vaghani experienced consultant with over 16 years experience in the areas of Leadership Development and Change Management. He started his career with ANZ in 1999 holding prominent roles as a Project Manager, Senior Risk Manager and a Consultant/Facilitator in Leadership and Cultural Transformation. Since moving on from ANZ in 2007, he has developed a strong reputation as an independent consultant servicing a number of high profile organisations across a range of industries.
