Our Last Event
Each of these values were displayed in spades when we came together to discuss ‘Leading Culture & Capability in Uncertain Times’ over breakfast. The over 60 P&C professionals in the room leveraged their collective knowledge from experience in education, retail, local government, health, legal, construction, finance (and many other industries). We explored finding opportunities in times of uncertainty, modeling resilient behaviours and exploring the benefits of networking ‘on scale’.
A special thank you to our speakers: Alby Byers (MYER), Shona Littlepage (Monash University) and Penny Williamson (Coles Group). To all our amazing participants thank you for continuing to help us grow such a fantastic community.
“Appreciate the candid conversation about where everyone is at with implementing and using AI. It’s reassuring to know we are all experiencing similar hurdles. Love the idea of prompts/skillsets and guiderails”
