The Four Components of DiSC
DiSC is a clear and effective model that outlines four fundamental behavioural preferences.
After completing a self assessment, participants will get an individualised report containing information about the ‘style’ they fall into.
Participants will be split into or be a combination of the four categories: Dominance, Influence, Conscientiousness and Steadiness.
A DiSC workshop will allow you to explore the behavioural preferences of each style, where you will gain a deeper understanding how you collaborate with others and the impact you have in different interactions.
