time2talk Leadership partners with The Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV), developing and facilitating Capability Programs to a vast network of Local Governments. Throughout our partnership over 40 councils have had access to t2t programs tailored to the needs of our community leaders, addressing their unique challenges, and exploring a variety of productivity and communication tools.
Our contribution also includes sponsorship on the MAV Annual Conference. This event is a fantastic chance to local government experts on what the current challenges and opportunities are in their regions. Our Director Sharon Kneale has been a key note speaker at these events and in 2022 ran a workshop on The Emotionally Intelligent Leader.
Play Like a Girl
With shared values and strong desire to see women lead in their personal and professional lives with confidence and conviction, the partnership between time2talk and Play Like a Girl (PLAG) was made to be. Established by Holly Bailey PLAG facilitates programs and networks to support and guide the personal and professional experience of women and girls through a sports lens. We work with PLAG to help build the leadership capability of the participants in their Leadership Program, and offer additional tools and recourses to help them thrive in their chosen field. This Partnership is in align with our values to inspire growth and people performance. It is an amazing opportunity to support another women lead business in Australia.
