Penny is an experienced learning and capability professional with a passion for helping people and organisations grow. She brings experience across leadership development, digital learning, capability uplift and cultural change, combining strategic thinking with practical delivery.
Known for her thoughtful, collaborative style, Penny designs and facilitates learning that is engaging, inclusive and grounded in real-world challenges. She works closely with leaders and teams to build confidence, strengthen capability and create meaningful, sustainable behaviour change.
Outside of work, Penny has a strong passion for community sport as a player, leader and volunteer, and currently serves as Immediate Past President of a leading VAFA community football club in Melbourne.
