He endeavours to find sustainable learning solutions using his experience and knowledge, to create exciting and engaging learning materials. Will is passionate about empowering learners to take control of their professional development supporting a positive growth culture.
Will has worked in Learning and Development for four years with clients including Coles Group, Priceline, City FM and the Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV). Will has studied Human Resources and is accredited in GENOS Emotional Intelligence.
Will partners closely with his clients to understand their unique needs and circumstances, taking a collaborative approach to development through utilising his experience to identify innovation and new opportunities.
