About Megan
Megan is an Organisational Development Specialist with a background in psychology and project coordination, bringing a thoughtful, people-focused approach to her work with clients. She partners closely with organisations to design and deliver initiatives that support capability building, culture, and leadership development, with a strong emphasis on practical, human-centred outcomes.
At time2talk Leadership, Megan has contributed to a range of complex organisational development projects, including large-scale vision and values reviews for Local Government organisations, cultural reset programs, and the development of a future-focused talent acquisition framework. Through this work, she has built strong capability in stakeholder engagement, qualitative data analysis, project coordination, and synthesising diverse perspectives into clear insights and recommendations.
