With a strong commercial background gained in retail operations, Lisa has accumulated a wealth of HR and training experience working in the corporate sector for over 25 years. Her senior HR roles have spanned a range of industries including high profile brands such as Commonwealth Bank, Morgan & Banks, Virgin Mobile Australia and in professional services.
The past 12 years have been spent running her consultancy firm, which had a strong focus on HR solutions, leadership, people management and workplace behaviour training. Lisa is known for her ability to connect at all levels, create positive training environments and deliver learning outcomes.

A long-standing contract with Coles has seen Lisa deliver a wide variety of programs for Coles Group Supermarkets, Liquor brands and supply chain focusing on all aspects of people management and leadership. These included a transformational residential program for the top 2000 managers at Coles Group. Other training clients have included universities, food delivery, public relations, logistics, legal and publishing businesses.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with a major in HR and industrial relations and is a long-standing member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and Institute for Learning and Performance.
