Catherine is a Registered Psychologist with a background in leadership capability enhancement and strategy development. She holds a Masters in Organisational Psychology from Monash University (2007), and has deep experience in leadership program design, facilitation, coaching and leadership profiling/assessment.Over the span of her 20+ year career, Catherine has led numerous organisational development consulting projects and has over 5000+ hours of facilitation experience. In addition to her degrees, she holds professional qualifications in leadership coaching, and accreditations in several psychological / leadership assessments.
