Ainsley comes from a background in senior HR and OD roles in global organizations’ spanning 30+ years. Ainsley has worked across numerous industries and sectors including FMCG and retail. She is passionate about supporting individuals and teams to unlock their potential and tap into their best thinking. Ainsley brings out-of-the-box thinking, a solutions orientation and a focus on creating a better future.
Ainsley is a certified coach and skilled facilitator. She has led the design and delivery of organisation wide change and transformation programs across the region. Ainsley has a good eye for seeing the not-so-obvious elements that are holding individuals, teams or organisations back from best performance. Out of the office, Ainsley is an avid ‘off-the-beaten track’ traveller, enjoys living and breathing natural health, reading and keeping active and fit. Her vices are honeycomb chocolate and booking excess vacations!
Ainsley holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management, a Level 2 Certificate in Coaching (IECL) and is qualified in DiSC behavioural profiling and DiSC 360 (Integro).
