Our promise
5% of Octobers proceeds will be donated to
Mental Health Foundation Australia.
Mental Health Foundation Australia is a non-government organisation that provides free peer support groups and low-cost counselling services across Australia. We hope, with our donation, to make a positive impact on the services available and ongoing benefits they can continue to provide.
In the time2talk Leadership suite of offerings, our topics revolve around improving people performance and organisation culture, many of which link to wellness and maintaining mental health. Our in-house programs are tailored to reflect the organisation’s specific needs and learning outcomes. This custom approach means sessions can best serve your people and take into account the nuances of your demographic. Maintaining and managing your own mental health is a continuous task that is relevant 365 days a year. By participating in Mental Health Month and donating a percentage of total proceeds to the MHFA, time2talk Leadership hopes to encourage and engage our clients and partner organisations to reflect on their role in the wellbeing of teams and leaders, as well as financially support the MHFA counseling and cost effective support programs.
Inhouse Programs
For every in-house wellness or mental health program booked with time2talk Leadership in the month of October, 5% of proceeds will be donated to Mental Health Foundation Australia. This could be a face to face workshop on managing burnout, eLearn series regarding positive workplace behaviours, a team reset, individual self-care coaching or sessions involving any number of topics – the sky is the limit.

- Self-care for Leaders
- Leading Wellness
- Managing Fatigue & Burnout
- Giving and Receiving Feedback
- Empathy in the Workplace

In October of 2024 time2talk Leadership focused on the importance of self-care for leaders, taking the time to recharge and reflect daily – you can find our Mindful Moments bingo card here. In 2025, with some self-care practices down pat, we now turn to face challenges with optimism and resilience!
This Mental Health Month (MHM) we are embodying Dolly Parton (an office favorite) with the mantra that “we cannot direct the wind, but we can adjust the sails”. Our virtual Learning Bites leading up to and throughout MHM have been selected and developed with this in mind. These sessions are designed to engage and inform participants of the latest research – as well as leave them with practical skills and tools to apply in the workplace.
