Welcome to experiential learning, the hybrid way. After the activity had ended, a debrief was conducted by 2 highly skilled facilitators – Bern Jones and Ian Rose with the leadership group who were walking in the shoes of their teams.
There was lots of laughter and learning, with a little angst and stress, but all for the sake of growing the participant’s capability as leaders.

Whilst not liking COVID, we are loving the variety and opportunities that we now have available to mix up our delivery and methodologies.
Whether virtual, face to face, or a combination of both, we have come a long way in the past 15 months.
