With a background in Human Resources and Organisation Development, Victoria has worked across a range of industries supporting people and teams to thrive at work. She has a passion for values led leadership and actively supports organisations to embed their values in every aspect of business.

With a strategic mind and ability to build meaningful connections, Victoria describes her “soul on fire work” as empowering individuals to bring their whole authentic selves to work and thrive collectively as a team.

She has extensive experience in the facilitation of a variety of programs including leadership skills, workplace behaviour, communication and compliance training.

Victoria’s journey started with a Bachelor of Business and Political Science. She has participated in multiple leadership courses and completed a Diploma of Human Resources Management. As a passionate advocate for continuous learning, she encourages organisations to actively inspire future generations of leaders.
