Victoria Griffiths is a highly experienced HR specialist, leadership coach and facilitator with over 15 years of expertise in hiring, leadership development and communication. She is passionate about helping individuals step into their full potential with a particular focus on coaching women to embrace their leadership roles whether in the workplace, in their businesses or at home.
As a mum of two, Victoria knows firsthand that returning to work after parental leave isn’t as simple as picking up where you left off. Like many parents, she expected to walk back in as the same person who left but quickly realised that balancing work and home required new support systems, stronger boundaries and different communication strategies. Now she helps other parents, particularly mothers, navigate this shift with clarity, confidence and a renewed sense of purpose.
Victoria’s coaching sweet spot is working with women who are balancing leadership at work and leadership at home, helping them build confidence, set boundaries, and develop the communication skills needed to thrive in both spaces.
With deep expertise in hiring and team dynamics Victoria also works with leaders to develop high-performing aligned teams. She provides one-on-one and group coaching that equips leaders with the skills to hire intentionally, communicate effectively and create thriving engaged workplaces.
Victoria is accredited in DISC Personality Preferences and GENOS Emotional Intelligence which she integrates into her coaching to enhance self-awareness, interpersonal effectiveness and leadership impact. Her approach is practical, empowering and designed to help her clients step fully into the leaders they want to be.
