Tania Le Page is time2talk Leadership’s Lead Facilitator, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s facilitation team and bridging the internal and external delivery teams. With a background in education at Caulfield Grammar School and Old Melbourne Gaol, she transitioned into corporate facilitation through her own business, Carousel Communication Consultants.
Tania specialises in leadership, emotional intelligence, and communication skills, blending her expertise in theatre, education, and organisational communication to create engaging, action-based learning experiences. She believes in the power of practice, coaching, and support to help individuals expand their communication and leadership abilities.
Her group management skills were honed over a decade in secondary education before moving into the corporate space in 2005. She has since worked across industries including finance, justice, manufacturing, retail, insurance, government, and not-for-profits. Tania is accredited in EQ-i 2.0 and has delivered training both in Australia and internationally.
Whether in person or virtually, Tania creates a safe and energised learning environment where participants feel empowered to refine their leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills—helping them achieve business outcomes and personal growth.
