Roseanne McGrath is passionate about individuals and teams reaching their potential and building capability in the workplace. How people work together, and how change and culture impact people’s experiences, are two areas that pique her curiosity. Roseanne believes that collaboration and co-design partnerships are essential for successful implementation.
Roseanne has extensive human resources experience across a wide range of industries in Australia and overseas. The common theme across her experience is building capability and enhancing experiences whether in Mergers and Acquisitions, development of performance frameworks, or being inclusive. She is adaptable, responsive, and focused on the delivery of organisational development and learning programs. Building capability and leadership frameworks in partnership with clients enables Roseanne to focus on the solution, apply best practice, and customise the outcome for maximum traction.
Roseanne brings expertise and warmth to all client interactions. Roseanne loves to facilitate and is grateful for the presence of all participants as they experience their own growth and development. Roseanne has delivered hundreds of learning experiences from half day workshops to multi-day executive leadership programs. Of particular interest is intercultural awareness. Roseanne describes working with individuals through coaching and psychometrics as a real privilege and an opportunity to see real time growth.
