Paula Rebeiro is the Director of PR Executive Coaching providing Leadership and Human Resource Management (HRM) services to organisations across Australia. Passionate about people and leadership development, workplace culture and organisational change, she adopts a collaborative partnership approach with all of her clients to ensure outcomes are successfully achieved.
With a background in banking, retail, public sector, private sector and consulting, Paula has held many HR, senior learning and organisation development roles, including roles on the Executive Team of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) as the General Manager of HR Standards and Learning and the Head of the Development Academy NAB. Paula was also a Board Member of the Catholic Care Broken Bay NSW (a not-for-profit organisation providing child, family and youth services, family relationship services, school counselling, social housing, homelessness/crisis services, transitional and outreach services, employment and advocacy services).
Paula has consulted extensively in HR, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Learning & Organisation Development and Change Management. She has lead significant large scale projects for organisations such as AHRI, t2t Leadership, Fire Services Victoria, VPSC and Catholic Care
This extensive experience across a range of sectors provides Paula with high level of expertise to achieve successful outcomes for all of her clients. Her strength is her professionalism when engaging with clients, her ability to understand the client needs and deliver products and services that are of a high standard.
Paula is currently completing her Doctorate in Business Administration and Leadership with Selinus University (UK). Paula has completed her Masters in Business Administration and Leadership (York University, UK) and Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (Griffith University). Paula is also an accredited facilitator in Clarity 4D and DISC (Personality Profiling), 7 Habits and Emotional Intelligence (8th Habit) – Franklin Covey Institute and Situational Leadership SII2 – Blanchard Australia.
Paula brings expertise, passion, energy and a strong work ethic to all client interactions and is highly motivated by the difference she can make within organisations through her work.
