Madeleine (Maddie) is the Regional Business Partner at time2talk Leadership, dedicated to delivering tailored, high-quality experiences for clients across regional communities including Albury/Wodonga, Moama/Echuca, Regional NSW, Regional Queensland, and Greater Geelong. She is deeply passionate about fostering connection, collaboration, and capability within regional organisations.
Maddie leads and supports large-scale Vision and Values projects, managing initiatives that span six months or more and engage entire organisations. This includes partnering with steering groups, setting up and facilitating listening sessions, and ensuring refreshed visions and values genuinely reflect staff experience and organisational direction.
She also supports team and culture reviews and resets, coordinating interviews and listening sessions, analysing insights, and contributing to practical recommendations that enable real shifts in team dynamics and culture. In addition, Maddie delivers leadership programs across emerging leader, senior leader, and executive cohorts, tailoring content to different team needs and building capability through bridging tasks, follow-up, and shared language.
Known for her integrity, reliability, and attention to detail, Maddie brings strong capability in project management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
