Kerrie is passionate about helping people identify and employ their strengths to create positive outcomes. She facilitates learning in a generous and interactive way, utilising her strengths in coaching and extensive experience in all thing’s leadership and communication.
Kerrie has extensive experience in Leadership roles that enable her to bring real knowledge to upskilling leaders to engage their teams and be at their most effective.
She has worked across a wide range of industries – local councils, health (SRN), retail and manufacturing as well as experience in health as a registered nurse/lead in vascular unit, a sales in pharmaceuticals and leadership in pharmaceuticals.
Kerrie is accredited to facilitate several behavioural models, thinking models, and emotional intelligence tools.
Communicating the key messaging required and involving participants in their learning stands Kerrie in good stead to achieve clients’ key objectives.
Kerrie’s approach to learning is to create a safe learning environment so that her participants/clients can speak openly about challenges being faced. In putting challenges on the table, she then focuses on finding best learning solutions with those she works with.
Collaboration and effective questioning that come with extensive coach experience help facilitate best outcomes with high engagement and ownership of learning.
