David is an experienced leadership coach and facilitator with a career spanning over 30 years across corporate leadership, education, and leadership development. His unique blend of experience gives him deep insight into organisational culture and the real needs of leaders and teams. His mission is to help leaders develop greater awareness of their impact and build more meaningful, people-focused organisations.
Before becoming a coach, David held leadership roles in operational risk, production management, compliance, and quality, and spent five years as a teacher. These experiences shaped his deep understanding of leadership and laid the foundation for his coaching practice. He has since worked with leaders at all levels—locally and globally—across industries such as banking, telecommunications, mining, education, construction, and humanitarian aid.
David is known for his ability to foster trust, encourage self-reflection, and support lasting change. His approach combines group learning, ontological coaching, counselling techniques, and the use of profiling tools, tailored to meet individual and organisational needs. Whether coaching in person or remotely, David brings clarity, compassion, and commitment to every engagement.
