Craig brings 25 years of experience in Facilitation, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Presentation Skills, Influencing and Communication Effectiveness, Team Development, Change and Performance Management.
Craig is a highly experienced leadership development professional, having held key roles at ANZ, KPMG (USA & EU), Optus, Linfox, Coles, and Priceline. Alongside running his own learning consultancy, he has designed and delivered programs for leading Australian and international organisations. With over a decade of experience in banking and finance, he has worked across two of Australia’s top financial institutions, Westpac and ANZ Banking Corporation.
Craig relates well to both large and small audiences and his experience is backed up with accreditations in psychometric profiling tools including MBTI®, DiSC Personal Profile System®, Hogan Personality Profiling, HBDI Whole Brain Thinking, and the Team Management Index (TMI).
