Bern Jones is a regional facilitator for Time2Talk and the Director of her own business. Bern has worked and lead teams in education for the last 15 years, prior to this she was a National sales manager and area operations manager for P&O. She has leadership and contract management experience in the private and public sector in metro and regional centres.
Bern has an innate ability to connect with people at all levels and operationalise an idea. Bern enjoys working alongside organisations to improve the capabilities of people. She has her own team of staff in her business and over the last 4 years has managed an education and PT development contract with the Australian Army. Bern has facilitated for time 2 Talk for the last 5 years, where she thoroughly enjoys connecting with businesses to ensure real learning and development. Bern’s currency is ensured and content knowledge is fresh and engaging as she is a leader of her own business.
Bern is a multi generational communicator that can quickly build trust to enable real outcomes for people. Bern has expertise in leadership, stakeholder management, project management and a real sense of commercial reality. Bern is a listener with an agile approach, ‘can do’, no fuss attitude that is refreshing for clients.
Bern has a degree in commerce and qualifications in leadership and management. She is an avid reader that continually engages in leadership publications in order to find some gems for her clients.
