About Anoop
Anoop Vaghani experienced consultant with over 16 years experience in the areas of Leadership Development and Change Management. He started his career with ANZ in 1999 holding prominent roles as a Project Manager, Senior Risk Manager and a Consultant/Facilitator in Leadership and Cultural Transformation. Since moving on from ANZ in 2007, he has developed a strong reputation as an independent consultant servicing a number of high profile organisations across a range of industries.
Anoop’s creed is that a positive impact is a must. By creating workshop environments with high levels of trust and psychological safety, he is able to inspire groups to be vulnerable and courageous in their learning Anoop also applies a practical and approachable style to consulting. He focuses on ensuring clients’ needs are meticulously identified and his consulting solutions are clearly mapped to these needs.With a flexible approach, Anoop has experience in designing solutions for the development of teams and individuals in areas such as Leadership, Team Building, Organisation Change/Culture, Communication, Train the Trainer and Coaching. His vast repertoire of knowledge in these areas means that he designs solutions which are customised to meet specific client needs. In addition, Anoop has experience in consulting at all levels of an organisation.
