Anoop Vaghani is an experienced consultant with over 16 years in Leadership Development and Change Management. He started his career at ANZ in 1999, holding key roles such as Project Manager, Senior Risk Manager, and Consultant/Facilitator in Leadership and Cultural Transformation. After leaving ANZ in 2007, Anoop built a strong reputation as an independent consultant, servicing high-profile organisations across a variety of industries.
Throughout his career, Anoop has achieved the following:
– Designed and delivered change management solutions for multiple ANZ businesses
– Trained over 50 facilitators across ANZ and Asia Pacific in transformational programs
– Served as Lead Facilitator and designer for Coles Group’s ‘Inspiring the Magic,’ a leadership program for the company’s top 3000 managers
– Developed and delivered leadership and change programs in the university sector
