About Adele

Adele is a highly experienced and skilled facilitator with a background in HR and organisational psychology. She has been providing engaging, bespoke learning solutions to teams and organisations across a range of industries for over 25 years and is passionate about ensuring that learning “sticks”.
Adele is adept at putting learners at ease by injecting fun and energy into both physical and virtual training rooms to create environments that are conducive to learning. At the same time, she is not afraid to challenge learners to step outside their comfort zones to achieve enlightening “aha” moments.
Adele’s areas of expertise include leadership and management development, communication and interpersonal skills, goal setting and personal effectiveness, and team building. She also facilitates workshops that support all stages of the employee life cycle from recruitment, selection and induction through to performance management and development.
