About this program

The current workplace is challenging and the expectations of Leaders to manage people’s health, wellbeing and psychological safety is growing. This program will focus on the key issues today’s leaders are facing and the impact on the workplace can be if wellbeing is not managed effectively.

It will provide tools and strategies to create a culture that fosters a proactive approach to wellbeing and adapts the approach to provide a range of options.
