The workplace post COVID is taking a different form. With flexible working, virtual communication, and home offices we’ve seen more change than ever before.

Leaders need to adopt a new mindset and toolbox of skills to assist them to navigate situations that they have not yet encountered.

Communication is now delivered across a range of mediums and sites, so getting some rhythms of business that support this new working approach is key to developing a culture that supports health, happiness, and productivity. The focus on mental health and an employees life as a whole has come to the forefront, so its critical to be leading with empathy, flexibility, and a genuine desire to support teams to set them up for success. This workshop focuses on upskilling leaders to step into this new terrain equipped and ready to lead through unchartered waters.
