About this program

Todays workplace is complex and challenging. Research at google defined a team with psychological safety is one that feels safe to take risks and be vulnerable in front of each other.  Creating psychological safety can assist with performance and productivity which makes for a better workplace culture. Organisations are being asked to:

  • Identify current and potential psychosocial hazards within the workplace.
  • Review current measures in place to minimise risks to health and safety from psychosocial hazards.
  • Prepare for an increased need for processes and support systems.

It is time2examine what Psychological Safety is and how leaders can set the scene and create an environment of comfort, safety, support, and performance.
