Tania Le Page is time2talk’s lead facilitator. She plays a pivotal role in instilling strong direction in the companies facilitator pool and is a corner stone in the partnership between time2talk’s internal team and facilitation team. Tania started her corporate journey in education, gaining a diverse range of experience throughher time at Caulfield Grammar School and Old Melbourne Gaol. Following this, Tania found herself in the world of Corporate facilitation through her own business Carousel Communication Consultants. Tania has brought her passion for Leadership skills, emotional intelligence and conversational skills to her work in this space, and this has been emboldened further by her experience in theatre.
Tania believes in the power of practice, support, coaching and empowering people to give them greater options in how and why they work and communicate. In face to face or in a virtual setting Tania encourages participants to reflect and learn how they might develop their communication, leadership and emotional intelligence.
