About Craig
Craig brings 25 years of experience in Facilitation, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Presentation Skills, Influencing and Communication Effectiveness, Team Development, Change and Performance Management.
In addition to running his own learning consultancy business, Craig has held a number of pivotal leadership development roles at ANZ, KPMG (USA & EU), Optus, Linfox, Coles and Priceline. Additionally, he has delivered programs for multiple leading Australian and international organisations. Craig has over 10 years experience, in the banking and finance sector across two of Australia’s leading financial institutions Westpac and ANZ Banking Corporations.
Craig relates well to both large and small audiences and his experience is backed up with accreditations in psychometric profiling tools including MBTI®, DiSC Personal Profile System®, Hogan Personality Profiling, HBDI Whole Brain Thinking, and the Team Management Index (TMI). Craig’s extensive leadership development and facilitation experience combined with his acting background, creates an enthusiastic, energetic, and effective training style that creates impact and encourages participant involvement that will challenge their thinking and achieve sustainable business outcomes and change.
