Future Focused Leaders

A seven workshop series for established and emerging leaders!

About Future Focused Leaders

This exciting 2026 series is aimed at passionate leaders, both established and emerging, ready to elevate their leadership capability!

It will focus on developing the mindset, capabilities and thinking styles to build a toolkit of skills for today and into the future. This program builds on contemporary leadership capabilities required to effectively lead people, performance, and change in today’s complex and busy workplace. In this comprehensive leadership journey, leaders will strengthen their self-awareness, communication, decision-making, ability to create positive team cultures through practical, hands-on learning all while embracing the use of new technology (AI).

Each session is supported by self-led bridging activities, workplace challenges, peer coaching circles, overarching group projects, micro eLearns and reflective activities. The main focus is setting these leaders up for success and making it easy for them to apply their learnings, embed new habits and share their successes along the way!

Modules are designed to provide a comprehensive pathway for leaders, but can also be attended as individual capability programs.

Each sessions is supported by workplace challenges and application between workshops, peer coaching circles, and group projects. The dates below are for our Metro Melbourne and Regional Victoria face to faces workshops.
